CX Day on October 1st is all about delivering better outcomes… for customers… for employees… and organization-wide. At Splunk, this is our mission for every customer every day.

At Splunk’s user conference this past June, .conf24, some of our customers shared their experiences and perspectives on how we have delivered exceptional customer experiences to their organizations. They shared how they feel about our teams delivering top notch responsiveness to help accelerate onboarding and adoption of our products and services to their teams. Helping customers realize value faster and provide quick response to their queries is always top of mind for our CSX representatives across all areas of Splunk’s product offerings.

One of our customers, CoreLogic, manages more than 4 billion decision points in its database. The company uses data to better serve the needs of their customers and key stakeholders. They needed a solution to unify disparate dashboards so the service center operations team could better see and understand the relationship between product performance and customer service inquiries. Adopting Splunk with a centralized view in real time through a single dashboard gave the CoreLogic team the ability to provide superior customer experience and better adapt customer service to product performance.
