Splunk .conf25 has officially started and the energy across Boston is buzzing. Everyone’s getting ready for tonight’s keynote to catch all the announcements, see exciting demos, and hear powerful customer stories. But one of those doesn’t need to wait until tonight…

Splunk and Google Cloud: The Next Chapter at .conf25

We’ve been partnering with Google Cloud since 2020, creating native integrations with Google Cloud services and making Splunk available as a SaaS offering in the Google Cloud Marketplace. Today the partnership is stronger than ever, and we’re excited for Google Cloud to be joining us as a Technology Integration Partner at .conf25.

Splunk Victoria Experience is Coming to Google Cloud

The big news this week is that Splunk Victoria Experience (VE) for Google Cloud is arriving, starting with a customer Alpha release in October. If you’re not familiar, Splunk Victoria Experience (VE) is the newest generation of the Splunk Cloud Platform architecture—designed to make Splunk faster, easier to manage, and more scalable so you can get data insights without worrying about the heavy lifting behind the scenes. This means Splunk customers running in Google Cloud get:

Rest assured, Google Cloud customers using Splunk Classic Edition will easily be able to make the switch without a learning curve. Think of it as moving from an old car to something modern: you still drive it the same way, but it’s smoother, more efficient, and ready for the future.

“Our customers have been asking for Victoria Experience on Google Cloud, and we’re pleased to deliver. It’s just one step in a larger roadmap of co-innovation, partnership commitment, and expanding what you can do with Splunk on Google Cloud,” says Jackie Smith, GVP of Cloud Platforms & ISV Partner Sales. General availability will come in a few months, but you can contact your account manager now to get involved in the Alpha release.

It’s the foundation from which Splunk and Google Cloud will develop and release expanded capabilities, which is why every customer should plan their move to VE.

Our roadmap is designed to meet customers where they are—whether that’s the public Google Cloud, Google Cloud’s dedicated or regional specific environments, or a completely isolated network. Three key initiatives are already in motion:
