Chelsea leads the Splunk Authorized Learning Partner (ALP) Program, which offers the full Splunk training portfolio to customers through a highly technical global network of skilled Partners. The mission of this program is to grow Splunk skills in the market, in country, in language, through ALPs who develop custom learning paths for each customer. Prior to developing the Global ALP Program at Splunk, Chelsea was the Global ALP Program Manager at NetApp, where she has over 10 years of experience working with data management solutions. Chelsea holds an MBA from Friends University in Wichita, KS, a BA in Entrepreneurship and a Minor in Management from Wichita State University in Wichita, KS.
